So after our tour of Wrigley on July 4th we headed to the hotel. We chose this hotel by using Hotwire. We aren't picky so we just picked a 3 star hotel (we were going cheap) and ended up getting a room at the Acme hotel. This hotel ended up being perfect for us. The room was small but it was just the two of us. It's decor was inspired by music & movies.

I loved the unique touches like the zipper wall.
The lips on the mirror is actually a light. I thought it was awesome. :) It also had a waterfall shower which I think I like better than normal showers now. haha
4th of July Fireworks
After checking into our hotel we went out to eat and then waited on the fireworks.
Waiting on the fireworks to start. We actually had trees in our way so we missed the first 5 minutes of the fireworks but oh well. Our luck with fireworks hasn't been the best so far. All that matters is we saw them!

Grand Finale
I'd say our first 4th of July as a married couple was a success....a Wrigley Field tour, delicious dinner, and fireworks at Navy Pier.
