Snow Day!!

We got a snow day together! It was awesome to have three days together instead of just two. We made it a lazy day and just hung out watching movies and shows with our puppy dogs. It was a fun day for everyone, and I think the dogs were happy they had another day with us too.

 So much snow!

 Our deck was covered.
Where is the road and sidewalk!? Buttercup struggled with all the snow with how cold it was. We ended up having to rubber band some of my socks onto her feet so they wouldn't freeze. Booties may need to be bought now that she is older.

Dash got invited to sit on the couch. He is lazy and spoiled. Poor Buttercup had to settle on the floor.

1 Year Anniversary

We didn't do anything special for our anniversary. We just stayed in and hung out with each other. Two highlights of the night were decorating gingerbread houses and making orange sherbet.

 Curt was a good sport!

Diligently working on my house. I think I finished one house by the time Curt finished both of his.

 Check out that roof.

Dash tried to help us out.

 Curt's finished houses!

 My finished houses!

After decorating I decided to try out my new Kitchenaid attachment. My Kitchenaid keeps getting better and better. I can't wait till this summer when I want ice cream all the time and can make homemade ice cream!

The orange sherbet was pretty good, but not even close to how store bought tastes. Of course we prefer that artificial flavor that probably isn't very good for you. haha I guess I will have to work on that. :)

Pogue Christmas

Christmas day we went over to the mom and dad Pogue's house to celebrate Christmas with them. Our nephews were sick, but that didn't stop them from enjoying the day. :)

Curt was posing for his mom, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to snap one for myself.

Just chillin'

Seeing his presents for the first time!

Grayson seeing his gifts for the first time.

Awesome shopping carts full of toys! Its an improvement on the normal stocking.

Momma and one of her babies

Colton playing with the dump truck Curt and I got him.

Brandon and Ashley checking out each others gifts!

Kristy helping Grayson open his gift.

Colton got more Chugginton tracks. :)

Looks like Kristy loved the sweater boots we got her.

Mom looking at the Fenton emerald glass bell we got her.

If there is bubble wrap Colton can pop it for you.

 Opening gifts together

 Love this picture of them.

Curt is extremely excited about the Xbox One we got!

Colton got a new guitar from Santa and brought it to our Christmas party to show everyone.

Brandon helping Curt figure out our SodaStream

Colton told me to take this picture of him. He thinks of the funniest things to say. Four Christmas parties down and 2 to go! Just because its January doesn't mean that Christmas has to be over. Do you have any Christmas parties left to go to?
