Gillespie Christmas

We celebrated Christmas with the Gillespie's last Saturday. This year it was held at Curt & I's house so that everyone had a chance to see the new house. It worked out great since our living and dining room are open. It allowed the boys to have more space to play. We had a great day even though it was dreary and gross out. Here are some pictures!

He got brave enough to try to pet the dog.

Sooo funny. Jasper was asked to get Carter so that they could get a cute Christmas picture together. The ones I got were just funny, yet cute.

I think he loved the remote controlled tractor that Curt & I got him!

Starting him young

We do gifts for couples instead of buying for everyone in the family. Curt and I got my parents. I put together a DVD of their 35th wedding anniversary trip to Hawaii. They loved it. This was my moms face after realizing what it was.

I think the excitement wore her out.

Curt got me a gift to open at our Christmas and it was Logo Party...CANNOT wait to play this game!!

Looks like a little model.

Christmas Card Pictures

We have been super busy the last few months and decided that we were just going to use our camera to take the pictures. We had originally planned on my mom coming to take the pictures. On that really warm Saturday I knew we either took the pictures that day or it was gonna be freezing the next chance we got. My mom was busy so we took a side table outside and set the camera on it. Then I put the 10 second delay on and had it take 10 consecutive pictures. This actually worked out quite well because the clicking caused the dogs to look at the camera. I love these pictures! A tripod would have helped a lot, but we made it work. For the first set of 10, Buttercup thought I was playing around with her. I ended up getting kicked by her but the pictures make me laugh so its okay.

I love that they look like they are kissing!

I swear that of everyone Buttercup moved in every single picture. I think she has ADD. :)

Here are the final pictures that we put on the card. I Photoshopped them some, but actually didn't have to do much.

I had to include a funny one. I just feel like this describes our everyday life.

I hope you enjoyed them. Merry Christmas!!!
